K - 5th Grade Girls:

Kindergarten through fifth graders will continue to build on their field hockey fundamentals, including dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and tackling. Higher level skills, such as the forehand spin, jab, and flick, will also be introduced. The program will teach more advanced team concepts such as passing and moving, spacing, defensive help, and offensive support. The girls will have many opportunities to play in games and game situations.

6th - 8th Grade Girls:

Fifth through eigth graders will focus on basic skills such as dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and tackling. Many advanced skills will be taught, including ball control, passing accuracy, stationary and moving receptions, dodges, defensive tackles, and shot selection. Team concepts such as team defense, mid-field play, and circle play will be reinforced through small games and game situations.

Any program registrations occurring after March 31, 2019 will be charged a $25 late fee. Any registration cancellations occurring after March 31, 2019 will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you would like your daughter to be placed in a group with her friends, please list up to two friends’ names in the Friend Request Section of the on-line registration form. We will email you your daughter's group information and Day 1 details a few days prior to session start date.

In case of inclement weather that prevents us from playing, we would cancel our session on the day of, and notify you by e-mail. Please assume that the session is on, unless you hear from us otherwise.
