Winter (Indoor) Lacrosse

Scoop Clinic > K-2nd Grade > KING OF PRUSSIA

K-2nd Grade Scoop:
Girls brand new to lacrosse or seeking an introductory refresher will be taught the basic fundamentals of the game: scooping, cradling, throwing, catching and shooting using plastic scoop sticks and balls. Lots of fun drills and games will keep the girls moving through this high-energy hour!

In addition to outstanding lacrosse instruction tailored to young children, SCOOP Clinics provide all equipment for each session. The equipment provided includes a stick with a soft, all-plastic head with a molded pocket and soft balls. The sticks are easy for youngsters to handle and allow more success with scooping, cradling and catching at young ages. The balls are soft plastic and are larger than regulation lacrosse balls, again providing greater ease of handling. Most importantly, the sticks and balls allow increased safety for young Scoopers versus regulation sticks and balls. SCOOP Clinics also provide sufficient numbers of goals and "props" for various games played during sessions.
